1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the TCF Test Simulation platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Our platform provides **SIMULATION TRAINING ONLY** for the Test de Connaissance du Français (TCF). This is a **PAID SERVICE** using a token credit system.


IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS:
  • This service provides **TRAINING SIMULATIONS ONLY**
  • **NO REAL CERTIFICATES** are issued through this platform
  • Results cannot be used for **ADMISSION TO ANY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION**
  • Results cannot be used for **VISA APPLICATIONS** or **OFFICIAL PURPOSES**
  • This service is **NOT AFFILIATED** with the official TCF testing organizations

    3. CREDIT SYSTEM & PAYMENT TERMS

  • The Service operates on a **TOKEN CREDIT SYSTEM**
  • **ONE (1) CREDIT = ONE (1) COMPLETE TEST SIMULATION**
  • All purchases are **FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE**
  • Credits are **NON-TRANSFERABLE** between accounts
  • Credits **DO NOT EXPIRE** unless account is terminated

    4. TEST ABANDONMENT POLICY

    CRITICAL WARNING:
  • If you **REFRESH YOUR BROWSER** during a test, your credit is **AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITED**
  • If you **CLOSE YOUR BROWSER** during a test, your credit is **AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITED**
  • If you **NAVIGATE AWAY** from the test page, your credit is **AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITED**
  • Tests are marked as **ABANDONED** and credits are **NOT RESTORED**
  • **NO EXCEPTIONS** will be made to this policy

    5. USER ACCOUNTS

  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One person per account; sharing accounts is prohibited
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations

    6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All test content, questions, and materials are proprietary
  • You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any test materials
  • Screenshots or recording of test content is strictly prohibited

    7. PROHIBITED USES

    You may not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent the credit system
  • Share test content with third parties
  • Use automated tools or bots
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse the system

    8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for credits
  • We are not responsible for technical failures affecting your test

    9. INDEMNIFICATION

    You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

    10. MODIFICATIONS

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

    11. TERMINATION

    We may terminate your access immediately for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all unused credits are forfeited.

    These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved in French courts.
